This board features some beautiful grain that only walnut can give. It has a hole for hanging or holding. Sanded to 1000 grit and coated with numerous coats of mineral oil, followed by a mix of mineral oil & (local) beeswax mix to keep the board conditioned and looking its best. 15.75" x 9.75” x 3/4”. Never wash it in the dishwasher or let it soak in water.
Do hand wash it with warm water and dish soap, and dry immediately.
Apply a light coat of mineral oil, or cutting board oil, regularly. Let it soak in for a few hours or overnight, and then buff with a clean, dry cloth.
For a deeper cleaning, sprinkle coarse salt and rub with half a lemon. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes, scrape off, and rinse with warm water. Dry immediately.
