Beautiful grain that only walnut can give, and a bubinga racing stripe set between maple for contrast. Sanded to 1000 grit and coated with numerous coats of mineral oil, followed by a mix of mineral oil & (local) beeswax mix to keep the board conditioned and looking its best.

Never wash it in the dishwasher or let it soak in water.
Do hand wash it with warm water and dish soap, and dry immediately.
Apply a light coat of mineral oil, or cutting board oil, regularly. Let it soak in for a few hours or overnight, and then buff with a clean, dry cloth.
For a deeper cleaning, sprinkle coarse salt and rub with half a lemon. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes, scrape off, and rinse with warm water. Dry immediately.
